Any and all use of the ASCONA Website is subject to these Terms of Use. ASCONA reserves the right to amend, modify or replace these Terms of Use at any time. Upon logging-in, or where a log-in is not required, on accessing or using the Website, you accept these Terms of Use in their current version. Any use of the ASCONA Website is at your own risk.
2. Accessibility of the ASCONA Website
Due to the nature of the Internet and computer systems, ASCONA does not warrant that the ASCONA Website is continuously available. ASCONA additionally reserves the right to stop operating and/or providing this Website, in full or in part, at any time and until further notice.
3. Use of the ASCONA Website and the contents and information provided
All information made public by ASCONA will be provided for the user – unless stated otherwise – free of charge. Every user may use and document (download) the offered information for his or her own personal needs. ASCONA expressly declares that no illegal contents were discernable on the linked page at the time the link was set.
